The name “Épure” comes from French and refers to purity, refinement, and the essence of minimalist design. This concept guides the entire project, where simplicity combines with sophistication to create an elegant and functional environment. Designed as a 4-bedroom holiday home, the apartment was conceived as a unique and cohesive space, with uniform flooring, finishes, and color palette, ensuring harmony and visual identity.
The social area was designed to provide continuous interaction. The living room features an island sofa, allowing two distinct uses: one area facing the TV and another directed toward a bar unit. The U-shaped kitchen maximizes storage, keeping the upper areas clean with fine lines. Adjacent to this, the dining area includes a large mirror that expands the space and reflects the exterior view.
The master bedroom, inspired by a SPA, has the bed as its central element, highlighted by a double headboard that extends to the ceiling. The TV unit was built into the structural recess, optimizing space. A custom window ensures natural light in the bathroom, where the toilet was kept in a separate space for greater privacy.
In addition to the master suite, three guest bedrooms complete the project. One was designed for children, with metal-framed bunk beds covered in MDF, ensuring comfort. The layout also allows for the addition of an extra air mattress, making it versatile for different needs. The Épure Apartment embodies the union of functionality, comfort, and refined aesthetics, perfect for moments of rest and gathering.
