The Terra e Luz Apartment was designed so that everyone feels “at home,” a space to chat, savor, and experience memorable moments. With a modern and minimalist style and details in earthy tones—which give the project its name—the space was designed to create a welcoming and practical atmosphere. It is a home that invites gathering and sharing, where friends and family are received with open arms.
The Social Area project of the Terra e Luz Apartment harmoniously integrates the entrance hall, TV room, dining room, and kitchen. This integration between the spaces makes the Social Area a true meeting point, filled with human warmth and elegant simplicity. The social area of the Terra e Luz Apartment extends to the second floor, where a second TV room was created for more intimate and relaxed moments. With modular upholstery that adapts to various configurations, the space is perfect for different types of use, whether for a good conversation, watching a film, or sharing stories. Here, the bar and shelves house trophies, souvenirs, collectible jerseys, and other items that tell the story of this young couple—a true “memory corner,” full of personality.
Additionally, the second floor features a closet designed especially for the clients’ sneaker collection, a detail that reflects the care taken to transform the house into a place of personal expression.
The master bedroom combines soft textures and subtle contrasts to create a comfortable environment full of lightness. The wood panel brings warmth to the space, while the upholstered headboard and soft fabrics invite rest. Indirect lighting and neutral tones complete the tranquil and welcoming atmosphere.
For the couple’s first daughter’s bedroom, the project creates a magical corner that combines comfort and fun with enchanting details. The delicate wallpaper adds a playful touch, while the wide, fluffy rug embraces the space, ensuring freedom and comfort for play.
The guest bedroom balances soft textures and delicate lighting, a true invitation to rest. Neutral tones and modern elements, such as the circular luminaire, bring elegance and functionality to the space. A clean and welcoming environment to relax in complete comfort.
In this project, for a practical couple who appreciate more fluid lines and minimalist design, each environment is designed to enhance functionality without sacrificing aesthetics. Beauty lies in simple forms and the balance between the essential and the sophisticated, creating spaces that reflect the essence of those who live there.
