Furniture and decoration

3D Project

At KUATRUS INTERIORES, we turn ideas into real images through customized 3D projects. Through meetings where we learn about tastes and preferences, this service allows you to visualize each environment in detail before its execution, adjusting colors, materials, furniture, and layout to the style and needs of each client.

Areas of responsibility:

Development of interior design proposals adapted to the space and client needs; Preparation of 2D technical drawings for furniture production; Project monitoring from conception to execution; Collaboration with production and assembly teams to ensure project fidelity; Presentation of moodboards and material selection.

Hiring specifications:

Higher education or technical training in Interior Design, Architecture, or similar; Proficiency in technical software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.); Creative ability combined with practical and technical sense; Good communication skills and teamwork; Minimum 1 year of experience (preferred).

Areas of responsibility:

Preparation and management of detailed budgets for projects and orders; Contact with suppliers and negotiation of commercial terms; Order management and stock control; Cost analysis and resource optimization proposals; Support to production and sales teams during the planning phase.

Hiring specifications:

Experience in administrative and/or purchasing roles; Good analytical skills and attention to detail; Knowledge of Excel and invoicing/management software (e.g., PHC, Primavera, etc.); Sense of responsibility and organization; Minimum qualifications at 12th grade level.

Areas of responsibility:

Planning and execution of customer deliveries; Professional furniture assembly on site; Verification of piece conformity before delivery; Internal logistics support (storage, load organization); Communication with customers at the time of delivery.

Hiring specifications:

Experience in furniture assembly or logistics (preferred); Valid driving license (category B, other categories are valued); Physical capacity for transport and assembly tasks; Sense of responsibility, punctuality, and care with materials; Availability for travel.

Areas of responsibility:

Manual and/or machine sanding of furniture pieces; Application of finishing and polishing products; Ensuring final quality of pieces before delivery; Maintenance and cleaning of workstation and equipment; Collaboration with the production team.

Hiring specifications:

Experience in similar roles (preferred); Attention to detail and high quality standards; Ability to work in a productive and physical environment; Sense of responsibility and meeting deadlines; Training in finishes or carpentry is valued.

Areas of responsibility:

Support for company administrative management (documentation, invoicing, filing); Telephone and in-person customer and supplier service; Organization of schedules, correspondence, and internal logistics; Support to sales and production teams with necessary documentation; Control of document and material inflow and outflow.

Hiring specifications:

Experience in administrative roles (minimum 1 year); Good computer skills from a user perspective (Excel, Word, Outlook); Organizational, communication, and priority management skills; Minimum qualifications at 12th grade level; Team spirit and discretion.
